Yes, 1 night stays are available on weekdays (Sunday-Thursday). We also have individual 1 night stays on Fridays/Saturdays that we promote through our email monthly emails and social media platforms. Yes, we have many locally sourced farm fresh food options. Ready to cook items are directly from farm producers- seasonal vegetables and butchered meats. Ready to heat and eat items are curated by local chefs to bring you the freshest ingredients with the added convenience of delivering to your accommodation. If you are interested in a private dinner curated just for you, please email us and we can arrange for our local chef to plan and cook a meal on site.

At the time of booking, you are charged 100% of the booking fee. All prices are subject to HST. 100% of payment is refundable when cancelled 30 days before scheduled booking. Less than 30 days but greater than 14 days before check-in, cancellations are non-refundable but one date change or credit for a future stay is permitted.
Please note: if a date change occurs or credit is given for a future stay, this reservation is not eligible for future cancellation or alternate changes. The guest will be responsible for the difference in cost if switching to dates with a higher nightly rate. 14 days or less from check-in date, date changes or credits are not permitted and cancellations are not eligible for refund.
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund. During the winter season, if highways are closed and you are unable to get to Grounded Getaway for your stay, you will receive credit towards booking a later date.
Yes, there is a toilet in the dome. We also have a private bathroom with a shower steps away from the dome.

Yes, we have a celebration package and glamping package currently available for purchase on our Food Options page. We are currently working on developing our elopement package. If you are celebrating something we would love to be a part of making your getaway special. For any custom items please email us.
Yes. The dome has heating in the colder months and air conditioning in the warmer months.
Yes, we have electricity in the dome and the farmhouse.
Although we encourage you to disconnect while enjoying your getaway. We are currently working with the internet provider in the area to bring wireless internet to our guests.
