Join us for an unforgettable summer evening celebrating the height of the harvest season with a thoughtfully curated farm-to-table dinner crafted by Chef Jordan. This al fresca dining experience is set against the scenic backdrop of our working farm, this intimate gathering will highlight the vibrant flavours of July with locally sourced ingredients, creative flair, and warm hospitality.
The evening begins with handcrafted canapés and a welcome drink, followed by a three-course plated meal and a post-dinner digestif to finish.

Tender, pastured chicken from Harrington Lane Farms, glazed with a reduction of local peaches and maple vinegar. Served with:

Strawberry & Rhubarb Cheesecake
